Standard errors use Taylor linearization with VARSTR/VARPSU; medians have no SE. Estimates are computed from the PUF by HealthMesh and may differ slightly from MEPSnet/MEPS Summary Tables."

Don't know / refused / not ascertained and inapplicable responses are excluded from denominators (counts reported)."
